OUR APPROACH

How Aspire Hub Coaches Geography

Geographical Investigation (GI) Support

GI is a key component of the Geography examination. Our coaches guide students through the full GI process — from posing geographical questions and designing data collection methods to analysing findings and drawing well-supported conclusions.

Case Study Mastery

Geography examinations require students to apply specific case studies to support their arguments. Our coaches ensure students know the key facts, statistics and geographical processes for all required case studies, and can apply them effectively in examination responses.

Structured Response Techniques

Geography questions require students to explain, evaluate and assess geographical phenomena. Our coaches teach students to use the PEEL (Point, Evidence, Explanation, Link) framework and to write responses that directly address the command words in each question.

Map and Data Skills

Geography examinations test students on map reading, graph interpretation and data analysis. Our coaches build students’ proficiency with topographic maps, climate graphs, population pyramids and other geographical data sources commonly tested in examinations.
